David Frym, Northbay’s owner and general contractor, has more than 20 years of experience in kitchen and bath design, drafting, and home remodeling. He grew up in the construction industry and has been refining his skills throughout his professional career. It’s his personal goal to create your dream home at a competitive price. When he’s not at the drafting table or on a job site, you can most likely find him out collecting goldmining memorabilia and antique cars.

Office Manager Sharon Royea is the glue that holds all the different facets of our business together. She has used her graphic arts background during her professional career in the building and construction fields.
